Conduct, Minors & Recording
The terms you agree to when you request a session with Bobby Vega. Scope: 15-minute virtual sessions, $120 / 4-session package, paid once after the first confirmation.
1. Conduct policy
We want every session to be safe, respectful, and useful.
- Sessions are professional, one-on-one music sessions conducted over video (Cal Video).
- Treat the musician and staff with respect. Harassment, abuse, threats, discriminatory language, or sexual content are not tolerated and will end the session immediately.
- The musician and The Vega Musical Conservatory (VMC) may decline or cancel any request at their discretion, including before payment, if a request appears unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the purpose of the sessions.
- Do not record, screenshot, or redistribute a session without consent (see the Recording policy below).
- Do not share another person's private information during a session.
Breaching this policy may result in cancellation without refund (subject to the cancellation/refund policy) and being blocked from future bookings.
2. Minor / guardian consent policy
Sessions are available to clients 18 and older, and to minors (under 18) only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, arranged in advance.
For any client under 18:
- A parent or legal guardian must provide consent in advance and must be present with the minor for the entire session โ in the room or on camera at the start, and reachable throughout. Because the pilot is a single musician, guardian presence is the primary safeguarding control.
- The booking intake will ask the client to confirm their age. Under-18 requests are routed to the guardian-consent path; requests that can't establish guardian consent will be declined.
- The Recording policy below applies; any recording involving a minor additionally requires explicit guardian consent.
- VMC staff working with minors do so under the conservatory's safeguarding expectations.
If you are a parent/guardian booking on behalf of a minor, you are agreeing to these terms on their behalf.
3. Recording policy
- Sessions are not recorded by default.
- A session will only be recorded if disclosed in advance and consented to by all participants. For a minor, recording additionally requires explicit guardian consent.
- Clients may not record, screenshot, or redistribute a session without VMC's and the musician's consent.
- Any recording made with consent is treated as booking data under the Privacy notice.
